We operate a medical center and a website www.implanta.cz.For the provision of our services and the operation of our website, we process some personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)

If you request our services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the contact form. They are: first name, surname, phone, email.

We will contact you through them for further arrangements regarding our services.

This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — negotiation of a contract or execution of measures prior to the conclusion of the contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no more than 1 year from our last communication.
